I am driven by my passion and dedication to serve you and the Organization as a whole. As GSAC Chair, I will advocate for your interests. I believe that people are the most important asset of any organization. Improved staff welfare increases satisfaction and productivity, which in turn will help us to meet the needs of our beneficiaries and stakeholders more effectively and efficiently. This is particularly important in an organization like IOM, where staff work in some of the most difficult and dangerous parts of the world.
